Delivery Time Scale:
We aim to deliver your order within 5-10 working days (98% success rate), but please allow up to 14 working days. Applicable to the UK Mainland Only.
Delivery Cost:
We have a standard delivery rate of £8.95 (this includes packing and processing) for UK Mainland addresses. This rate is applied to each order as a whole and not per item: so if you order a number of items from us in the same session you only pay one delivery charge.
Delivery Service:
Shipping is usually via Parcelforce, UPS or DHL and deliveries are made Monday-Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm.
All Orders and Deliveries are tracked, signed for on receipt and fully insured. Customers will be informed when their order has been processed and when it has been completed, at which time a tracking code and delivery estimate is also sent.
We reserve the right to use any third party delivery services at any time we deem necessary.
International Orders:
At this time we can only accept orders via our online ordering service from within the UK.
